Even so, the actual design and colour may vary slightly due to different screen settings, the lighting in our location and other factors and as a result small variations may exist between the images and the actual design and colour of a piece.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website, the products or information made available through our website, and the use of this website, including, without limitation:

any warranties or representations as to authenticity, physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, provenance, restoration or historical relevance of a product;

any warranties or guarantees that products made available through our site will meet your requirements or that the quality of our pieces will meet your expectations;

By agreeing to these terms of sale, you represent that you are at least over the age of legal maturity in the country, state or province where you reside.

Our Guarantee

If you are not completely happy with your purchase or you change your mind, you can return your purchase to us and we’ll refund your purchase price with no questions asked.

To make a claim on our Guarantee you must:

notify us by email within seven (7) days of the date of delivery that you wish to return your purchase and then return your purchase to us immediately
return your purchase in the same condition as when sold, with good title and free from any third-party claims arising after the date of purchase.

Any import duty you have paid on an item will not be refunded.

Descriptions

We attempt to provide accurate descriptions and images of the jewellery that we offer for sale. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, appraisals, images or other information about a piece are accurate, complete, current or error-free. You acknowledge that all pieces are sold on an ‘AS-IS’ basis.

If a piece is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in the same condition as when sold in exchange for a refund of the purchase price.

Quality

The products made available through our site mostly are antique or vintage in nature or have been previously owned. As such, they may show signs of age and wear.

Contract

All orders are subject to our approval and availability. Once you place an order with us we must receive full payment of the price before we accept your order.

Once we have received full payment, we will send you a confirmation email, with a summary of the piece ordered and shipping and pricing details, however this does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order takes place at the time that we post or ship your order to you unless we have previously notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched.

You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order and we will not charge any penalty for a cancellation. To cancel your order you must notify us by email at

Except as required by law and our Guarantee:

we make no warranties or representations regarding any piece of jewellery or other products or information made available through our site;
we hereby disclaim, and you hereby waive, all such warranties and representations with respect to the products and information on our site, including:

any warranties implied by any course or usage of trade;
any warranties or representations made in correspondence with us or in information about a product made available through our website;
any warranties or representations as to authenticity, attribution, physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, provenance, restoration or historical relevance of a piece; and
any warranties or guarantees that products made available through our site will meet your requirements or that the quality of our pieces will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall RegaL-ia Jewellery or our directors and officers be liable for:

(a) loss or damage or any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from or in relation to the purchase or use of, or the inability to use, products, services or information made available through our site; or

(b) any inaccuracy or omission concerning the information provided on our site with respect to the products made available through our site.

You agree that your sole remedy for a breach of any warranty or guarantee under these terms, to the exclusion of any other remedy available to you, shall be to request a refund of the purchase price in exchange for the return of your purchase in the same condition as when sold, with good title and free from any third-party claims arising after the date of purchase.

You also agree that you are solely responsible for and assume all risks related to the shipping, handling and storage of an item that you are returning to us, including all risks related to the shipping, handling and storage of a return under our Guarantee.

Export Permits

If you are buying one of our pieces for delivery to an address in a country outside Australia, it is your responsibility to identify and obtain any necessary import or other permits. As the position with respect to import permits varies from region to region, we cannot advise you whether a product made available through our site is or is not subject to import restrictions or embargoes that apply to the country to which you are shipping your purchase. We suggest that you contact a local export agent for their assistance if you have any questions or concerns.

Shipping

We take all care in the packing of your order for shipment. However we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of carriers shipping purchased items, whether or not recommended by us. The shipping of purchased items is at your sole risk.

Miscellaneous

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you, or be deemed to have defaulted or breached these terms of sale, for any failure or delay in our performance under these terms that is caused by acts or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, flood, fire, strikes or labour disputes, or restraints or delays affecting carriers.

Governing Law

Your use of this website and any contract to buy our jewellery that you make with us is governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. By placing an order with us, you shall be deemed to have consented to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts of NSW.
