• A marquise shaped setting with a 5.8 x 4.3mm oval Ceylon sapphire
• With two old cut 3-3.5mm off round diamonds top and bottom
• Surrounded by 22 old cut diamonds from 1mm up to 2mm approx in size
• With filigree detail under setting on a fluted tapered band
• Total weight, size N 4.87 gms
