A champagne diamond is a coloured diamond that’s naturally brown, with a yellow tint. The colour in natural brown diamonds is caused by internal parallel brown grain lines due to distortion of the crystal lattice.They can range in hue from light brown (champagne) to darker shades (cognac). Don’t drink them, wear them!
