Returns Policy

Investing in beautiful jewellery can be a big decision for you. We love our jewellery and are confident that you will love it too, but if you are not completely satisfied, we guarantee a full refund of the purchase price if you let us know within SEVEN DAYS of the item arriving that you have changed your mind and then return the goods immediately in the state they were sent in.

Please contact us BEFORE you return any item so we can discuss the process with you.

As soon as we receive the item back in the same condition it was sent in, and in line with our Returns Policy, we will refund your money. If you have any questions, please contact us to discuss this further.

Please return the item with the carrier they were sent with, carefully packaged and fully insured. You will be liable for these costs. If the item is lost or damaged in transit and was not fully insured, we will not be able to refund you the purchase price.

Any import duty you have paid on an item will not be refunded.
