Delivery
Once we receive payment for your order, we will be in touch to arrange shipping.
Shipment of your order can be arranged using a shipping company of your choice. We are not responsible for shipping or its expense. For your convenience, we have compiled a list of third-party shippers with whom other customers have had positive experiences. These shippers are not affiliated with us and we receive no remuneration for their referral. We will be in touch with you to support you through this process.
The cost of delivery is different depending on where in the world you are, and the cost of insurance depends on the value of the item(s) being shipped.
We package your order carefully and securely ready for shipping and once collected by the shipping company, they will keep in touch to track your order.
Methods of Delivery
We can send your purchase Australia-wide with Australia Post Express Post which can take a few days, as we are located in a regional area.
You can choose to have it sent with a secure courier system like DHL if you prefer.
You can choose to have your item fully insured and will be charged accordingly. If you do not insure the item and it is damaged or lost in transit, then we will not be able to refund you the purchase price.
International shipping
We send to other parts of the world using secure courier systems like DHL, FedEx and UPS. This is tracked and you will receive emails updating you as to where your parcel is at along the way.
**Please note import duties may be charged by your local Customs and you will have to pay this duty before they will release the item.
Customs & import duty
Some governments require duty and taxes to be paid on goods imported into the country. Each country is different and your local Customs will be in touch with you when the jewellery arrives there to pay their duties and taxes before releasing the item, either directly or through the courier you have booked. The customer is responsible for paying these fees.
We have no authority over your local Customs and delivery time will be affected if they hold an item or if you delay paying their fees and charges.
Please check with your local Customs whether there are any import restrictions on any goods before buying one of our pieces, to avoid disappointment.
Returns
Please contact us to discuss returns BEFORE returning any item.
If you decide to return an item in line with our Returns Policy it can be returned to us.
You are responsible for packaging the item carefully and securely and for paying return postage and insurance covering the full purchase price.
Items must be returned in the same condition as we sent them. Damaged, broken or altered items will not be accepted for a refund.
